迈克尔·克莱顿

我现在看电影基本上都要靠人推，因为我对自己的欣赏水平已经8抱什么希望了。

最好是不但推，还会把碟塞到我手上，让我捧着西瓜在家里稀里糊涂的看。

乔治·克鲁尼主演的Michael Clayton就符合以上的所有要件。

初看时，会觉得有点闷，有点扯，中间就突然紧张起来，结尾的针锋相对（更准确地说是诱敌深入）特别精彩，让我倒回去看了两遍。

说起来，麦克的Boss其实早就了解这位前任地检官的内心无法和他们这些律师同流合污，所以才一直不肯让他去做开庭律师，而是到处当Fixer，处理棘手和突发事件。

电影一开头阿瑟的独白其实是整部片的点睛之笔，和麦克的小儿子所看的那本红皮奇幻书的内容互相呼应。

人把精力和时间都奉献给了体制，自己却陷入无道德底线，无生命意义的困窘，冲破体制就意味着冲向车水马龙的大街，而且还是光着屁股，不但名誉扫地，命也会没了。

结局颇具喜剧色彩，也充分的不可信，当然了，这只是电影，有时候我们就像看新闻一样，意思要反着理解。

如果所有人都在发疯，那么你[自以为]表现得正常，也就是众人认为你发疯的时候了。

换过来说，有时候你只有以表面上疯狂的行为来掩盖心里巨大的矛盾和对真相的坚信不移，就好似二律背反，双重思想。

为什么乔治克鲁尼越来越喜欢这种晦涩，或者说剪辑的七零八落而显得晦涩的电影？

《飞向太空2002》已经略显端倪，《辛瑞那》则明显的具有这种色彩，这部《全面反击》亦如是。

电影在Tom Wilkinson激情甚至有些疯狂的旁白（或者说无对应画面的台词）中开始，Tilda Swinton扮演的总顾问凯瑞•克劳德痛苦的蜷缩在洗手间里。

倒叙的叙事结构无疑是给与观众更多的疑问以引导后续的情节。

但对于非英语国家的观众，更多的感觉恐怕是一头雾水。

直到乔治克鲁尼扮演的麦克克莱顿的汽车炸弹引爆之后，镜头才开始回到一切的起点4天前。

麦克克莱顿是一个失败的律师，甚至连一个律师都算不上，他受雇于一个大型的律师事务所---肯纳巴哈与莱丁事务所里面做特别顾问，通过各种非正当的手段，帮助老板为客户应付种种意外的突发状况。

他离了婚，儿子也不和他在一起。

投资了个小酒吧，却为此债台高筑。

他整日为生计奔波忙碌，沉迷于毒品的弟弟却总为他惹麻烦。

而最近，最让他头疼的是他的好友亚瑟。

麦克的朋友亚瑟（Tom Wilkinson饰）是同一个律师事务所的王牌律师。

6年来他一直代表事务所和农业用品巨头Unorth合作，为Unorth的产品被控有毒一案进行辩护。

就在前几天，他因为在一次听证会上裸露身体惹出了丑闻。

凯瑞•克劳德是Unorth的总顾问，12年前由现董事长丹介绍进公司，她一直兢兢业业，终于有了今天的位置。

让她头疼的就是与Unorth一直合作的肯纳巴哈与莱丁事务所的首席律师---同样也是一直处理Unorth产品有毒案的律师-亚瑟，爆出了裸露身体的大丑闻。

三条情节的线索以麦克克莱顿为媒体不断交错。

麦克克莱顿对阿瑟苦苦相劝，希望他能继续回到“正常的轨道”上去，阿瑟则对此置若罔闻，对他的倒戈一意孤行，并已经开始准备站到原告方揭露Unorth的内幕。

当然，凯瑞克劳德也不是吃素的，她发现Unorth的秘密后，立刻开始用在董事长丹的授意下派人监视阿瑟，在发现阿瑟已经掌握了证据之后，只好授意杀手灭口。

阿瑟被杀，麦克克莱顿见到了阿瑟一直秘密联系的原告代表安娜，凯瑞克劳德以为麦克也参与了阿瑟的反叛计划，于是命令杀手在麦克的汽车里面放置了汽车炸弹。

麦克克莱顿侥幸死里逃生，于是他找到阿瑟的证据，拿它威胁凯瑞克劳德，并录下录音，真相终于大白于天下。

飞速交叉的情节线索和缜密而颇有些繁杂的台词让你很难一下子体会电影背后的深意。

但好在毕竟是一个封闭式的结局。

电影的海报倒似乎可以给点提示“The truth can be adjusted”（真相可以被调整，大意就是真相可以被修改）。

凯瑞•克劳德在两次准备报告会的时候（一次面对记者，一次面对董事会），导演用了两次绝妙的蒙太奇。

演员Tilda Swinton在穿便衣准备和穿套装进行报告的镜头中不断切换，只有措辞谨慎的台词成为切换的连接点。

充分的表现了凯瑞这一角色的痛苦、矛盾、和谨小慎微。

演员的表演也许是这部影片的一大亮点，Tom Wilkinson的语言充满激情，表演也充满张力。

和克鲁尼两场对手戏都演的激情四射。

他和乔治克鲁尼因此片获得奥斯卡最佳男主角和最佳男配角提名。

Tilda Swinton也因此片获得奥斯卡最佳女配角奖。

导演在影片中设置的细节值得称道。

电影中有一个暗线，麦克克莱顿的儿子亨利的小红书《Realm and conquest》（王国和征服），他和阿瑟的电话里提到了书中的一章：“一群人，他们不知为何来到了同一个的地方，他们做着同一个梦彼此却不知道。

”这章的名字叫做《Summons to conquest》（征服的召唤），后来阿瑟整理的Unorth材料上赫然印刷着Summons to conquest。

最后，说说电影的字幕。

毫无疑问，这样一部充满专业背景和复杂线索的影片，对于一个非英语国家的观众来说，要想充分领会，一个好的字幕不可或缺。

破烂熊、伊甸园和风软的字幕都不能让人满意。

但对于这样一部电影，结合生活背景，翻译出电影中台词的灵魂，无疑难度是很大的。

无论如何，对于贡献了字幕的创作者，我们都应当给予无限的感激。

而这个世界满是自以为聪明的人，以致于我要为它写一点有关它为人所诟病的种种。

首先要提一下，Tony Gilroy是Bourne系列的编剧，有看过这个系列的都应该知道其情节编撰之严谨。

——谋杀Arthur伪造自杀现场，单纯以脚趾注射而胃里没药片，不可能逃过法医检验。

我是这样看的，专业到知道注射之前可以随便扔A的脚（因为血液尚在流动），而注射后需要小心避免尸斑的Verne组合，当然不可能忘记这点。

事实上一进门的时候他们就往A口里塞过东西了，而且是直接塞进喉咙让A呛了一下。

——为何要杀Arthur，而不是直接毁灭证据。

很明显，如果对方有意发难，证据的拷贝是不可能被完全消灭的，正如MC和Verne组合后来发现的一样。

而A“自杀身亡”则可以让所有事情变成过眼云烟。

——Michael把手表扔进燃烧的车中，连尸骨都没有，不可能伪造自己被杀害的场面从发现Arthur可能是被谋杀开始，到自己险些被谋杀，Michael从山岗上跑下来的时候想的会不会是投奔他哥呢？

我看答案是毫无疑问的。

大概所有人问这个问题的人都忘了Michael他哥是警察，而且是一个曾经给他行过无数方便（从他哥愤怒地说you know what you want可见前科不少），连罪案现场封条都可以搞定，最后揭发Unorth时有直接参与行动的警察。

这里被伪造的不是场面，而是消息。

——229文件是怎么到了Arthur手里的剧中有交代过是Arthur自己去弄的，但详情没有说。

原话就是律行老板问女总监，Arthur是怎样拿到的，女总监说她想问的是同一个问题。

——MC一介牛人为了区区8万美元就得屈身做3年。

其实MC当然会有很好的收入，就算不如律师，就算有赌瘾，至少不会在戒赌一年后还为了8万美元头疼。

这笔帐的实情是，MC弟弟欠了人家多少钱，片中没提到，我们只知道MC卖了自己全副身家投进去开的那个店，还差7万5，所以这可能是在说几十万，甚至MC老弟帮人家贩毒，中间买卖黄了货没了，数目大了去了。

而老板要他再签三年的原因也说得很清楚了，是因为MC知道太多内情，为了防止他缺钱花走投无路把律行给捅了，暂且安抚并牵制之。

最后说一句，语言是值得我们敬畏的东西，凭字幕去评价使用另一种语言的电影则是非常愚蠢的事。

最后再说一句，如果你有看过Spy Game，应该会认得律所职员听说MC挂了说Holy shit的那个表情。

头天晚上熬夜看到两点。

最后当Michael坐上出租车时，连我也跟着笑起来，那是一种长久焦虑得到释放后的轻松愉悦，是我近年来一直渴盼的感觉，在此，只能借影片小小YY一下。

不能否认谁都会有私心，而且在相当多的时候满足自己的私心总会被看作一种理所当然。

影片中那些对Michael所谓悲惨境遇的铺垫更像是在为他寻找客观理由来借此开脱。

他太需要那笔钱了，他太需要找回自己失去的生活了，他需要的太多，以至于一直在失去自己所拥有的。

拂晓，当他驻足在那三匹马的面前时，Michael意识到自己泯灭良心所从事的那份工作是造成内心不得安宁的最终因素。

他忽然开始明白了，开始对过去的种种有了清醒的看法，那辆爆炸的奔驰只是加速了他清醒的速度。

他将那些象征束缚的东西丢进了火里，他不在犹豫，他不再纠结。

他开始奔跑，向山顶跑去，向迎接光明的方向跑去......每个人的心灵都需要一个涅磐的过程，Michael等到了，他终于对生活有了真正适合自己的认识，他找回了自己，把自己从崩溃边缘拉了回来。

之前所有的问题都只存在于过去。

他解脱了，舍得花300多RMB打车在城里逛圈儿，要知道，从宝山到奉贤，也只要两百块。

以后遇到令我纠结的事情，令我内心矛盾冲突十分剧烈的事情，我会想到，要做个令自己安心的选择。

记得有位导演大师说：评价一个片子导的好不好，要看一开始在镜头中出现的哪怕是好像随意挂在墙上的一把刀，到后面都会发现它的用处。

当你看第二遍的时候，你会发现，这部电影从艺术上堪称精品。

情节可能不是那么有悬念，一个英雄如何与一群道貌岸然的家伙——律师，单打独斗。

此外你还会知道，国外那些天价赔偿的诉讼案都是怎么打的，所有设身其中的人都扮演者哪些角色？

那些风光背后的巨大压力，以及人们在这个漩涡中的不可自拔与沉迷。

总体上这部片子对于光鲜之下的美国中产阶级进行了猛烈的抨击！

还有一个意外是，影片中所表现出来律师那种敬业、高效的工作作风与方式深深的吸引了我！

我看了几篇其他大侠写的《迈克尔·克莱顿》评论，有一个关键点都语焉不详。

我估计许多人没搞明白，所以简单解释一下。

这个关键点是，迈克尔·克莱顿如何会下车逃过一死？

如果单看电影前面的部分，肯定找不到合理的解释。

有人说看见马，自然风光好，下车看看什么的，都解释不过去。

大家把整个电影的情节连贯起来思考，会发现下车这一偶然事件中隐含的必然性。

前一天白天，迈克尔·克莱顿把拿到的复印件资料想给老板看，结果老板告诉他“我们一直都是干脏活的”，然后用8万美金加3年的合同给他塞口。

迈克尔·克莱顿虽然很不爽，但是还是无奈地接受了现实，用8万美金暂时度过了财务危机。

晚上，他自暴自弃地回到了1年多没有去过的赌局。

就是在赌局上，居然还有一个小人物揭他投资餐馆失败的伤疤。

他实在坐不下去了，出来后正好碰上一个案子，处理这个案子的过程显示出他平时做的就是这一类的擦屁股的dirty work。

这次遇见的客户是一个彻底的混蛋，用英语叫"asshole"。

撞了人逃跑还责怪路不好的家伙。

这时对一切都无所谓的迈克尔·克莱顿狠狠洗刷了这个混蛋几句，扬长而去。

此时凌晨驾车行驶在郊区的公路上，迈克尔·克莱顿的心情极度复杂。

在家庭上，他离异，孩子跟老婆；事业上，他的职业“特别顾问”，只是一个高级跑腿的。

在事物所干了十几年居然都不是合伙人。

想返回去干老本行律师被老板拒绝。

而且他始终忠于的老板被证明也是一个没有良知的混蛋。

他们的衣食父母，客户们，都如同那个撞了人逃跑的垃圾。

所谓的事业，根本上一无是处。

财务上，除了一份薪水不错的工作（估计年薪不少于20万美金），他基本是一穷光蛋，45岁了面临破产。

而最最要命的，在人格上，他知道自己为了8万美金加3年的合同，背叛了起码的良知。

同时还背叛了死去的好朋友亚瑟。

他基本上一无所有，他什么都不在乎了。

他深深意识到自己是个彻底的失败者。

而就在这个时候，眼前出现了一幅画面，晨曦中几匹马站立在原野上。

这和儿子及死去的好朋友亚瑟在读的红色小说中的几乎画面完全一样（请回忆此细节）。

这个奇迹般的巧合，使迈克尔·克莱顿深受触动。

他走下车，想舒缓一下纷扰的思绪。

人在遭受了巨大挫败的时候难免会感时伤怀。

就是这个奇迹般的巧合，救了他的命。

整个故事的脉络，就是迈克尔·克莱顿莫名其妙遭人暗杀未遂，然后倒叙描写前因后果，最后迈克尔·克莱顿奋起反击，凤凰涅磐，浴火重生。

很棒的一部电影。

邁克爾·克萊頓又名《全面反擊》因為奧斯卡的提名，因為喬治·克魯尼才看的這電影這老小子還是那么帥這老小子還在做他的鉆石王老五這老小子還是那么會演兩個小時的電影看到一半，才把來龍去脈看個清楚也許是我的理解能力比較低了電影使用了倒敘，這不成問題只是，總覺得斷斷續續可當最後一幕來臨的時候一切都那么清楚了全面反擊實際上反擊不過最後一幕前面一切都是鋪墊鋪墊的恰到好處反擊的簡單，不粗暴是氣勢，壓倒了一切把她從雲端推到地獄的深淵我太喜歡這結局了克萊頓是一個調理人有別于律師，更像一個料理人面對破產面對死亡他選擇了反擊贏了

It’s such a well written monologue because although we are not entirely sure what he is talking about, but on a gut level, we know exactly what he means. Also from the monologue, we know that whoever Michael is, he is a very dear and reliable guy.Page3A busy law firm in the middle of the night. Introducing the smooth and powerful boss Marty Bach and the distraught Karen Crowler. We don’t know why she is like this, and it intrigues the audience.Page 5Introducing Michael Clayton at an illegal card game, during which they talk about the new restaurant he opened. Because everybody has to put belongings in a basket, the shot of Michael’s basket tells us so much about who he is.Page 7Michael returns his call and is summoned to fix a situation where a guy hit and run. 让警察觉得是律师，让律师觉得是警察的迈克尔克莱顿同学的表现一般一般，倒是那位在停车场裸奔的同学挺有看头。

马路上夹着一大群面包的对话，和着广告音乐的慷慨陈词，看看都觉得很过瘾ps1.除草剂公司原来这么赚钱ps2.灯火通明大票人马的律师事务所很好看

在汽车被炸的瞬间能想到把自己身上的东西都扔回到车上，让别人误以为被炸死了，心里素质还真不错，脑子也转的快。

刚开始的时候还真没看懂故事在说什么，看了快一半了才明白在说怎么一回事，而且还是倒序。
